Cloud credit packs

Right now each paid plan includes a set number of cloud articles per month. Credit packs let you top up when you need more, without moving to a bigger plan. You buy a pack, the balance shows in the plugin, and each cloud article draws one credit. Planned pack sizes start around 50 articles.
