Keyword Research: find keywords AI assistants will cite (Pro+)

SEOBetter Keyword Research finds keywords around a seed topic. It ranks them by Opportunity, which combines how winnable each keyword is for your site with how likely AI assistants are to cite an answer to it. Search volume is shown too, but it does not decide the order.

Who gets it

Pro+, Agency and every lifetime licence. On Pro, the Keyword Research box in Settings shows where to upgrade.

Set it up

1. In WordPress, open SEOBetter, then Settings, and click Install SEOBetter Keyword Research in the Keyword Research box.
2. Create a DataForSEO account at dataforseo.com. It is pay as you go.
3. Open SEOBetter, then Keyword Research, then Settings. Enter your DataForSEO login and password, and choose "New or low-authority site" or "Established site".

Use it

1. Enter a seed, for example natural dog food, and pick the country and language.
2. Sort by Opportunity and tick the 20 to 40 keywords you want.
3. Click Cluster. SEOBetter groups them into topic clusters, each with one pillar and its spokes.
4. Send the spokes to the Bulk Generator, or generate the pillar article straight away.

What it costs

Research uses your own DataForSEO account, typically well under $1 for a full research and cluster pass. Repeat lookups of the same seed are cached and cost nothing.

Bots and AI assistants

If the SEOBetter Agent add-on is installed, your AI assistant or bot gets two extra tools: research-keywords and cluster-keywords. A bot key's Keyword research calls per day limit caps how many it can run.
